How does the personalization work?

We are happy to personalize your order with a name upon request.

Name embroidery makes our products distinctive and unique gifts. In our in-house workshop we embroider your favorite pieces individually with your desired name or lettering.

We use very high quality embroidery thread that is of course certified Ökotex Standard.

How it works:

  1. Select product
  2. Embroidered inscription - choose name to embroider
  3. Enter the name in the field
  4. Select font & yarn color
  5. Order

Care instructions cuddly toys

The cover for the cuddly sheep & dog is removable and can be washed.

  1. Open the zip at the bottom
  2. Take out the woolen fleece
  3. Wash the cover at 40°C and DO NOT put it in the dryer
  4. Re-insert the woolen fleece - Regularly air the woolen fleece

Yes, there are replacement fillings for normal sizes and XXL cuddly toys and sheep wool cushions

Delivery costs

Delivery within Germany is free of charge. All other countries and the associated delivery costs can be found in the shopping cart when selecting the country. (including statutory VAT).

The delivery costs will be clearly presented to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Exchange & Returns

Personalized items can unfortunately not be exchanged! How can I exchange a non-personalized product?

If you would like to exchange a product that is not personalized, send an email with the order number to the email address: service@diegraefin.net

You will then receive a return sticker and the package will be picked up from you. The return is free of charge and the purchase price will be refunded.

Damaged or defective delivery?

We apologize if you have received a faulty item from us. Naturally, we will replace it as soon as possible.

Send an email with the order number to the email address service@diegraefin.net and we will make sure to put a smile on your face as soon as possible.

You will then receive a return sticker and the package will be picked up from you

Delivery times

If no other deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery will be made within 5-7 business days from receipt of order. We ship with DHL.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will deliver the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you.

If that is the case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
